Remote missions · French & English
Your IT project is stuck. We put it back into production.
AI tool still a demo, platform idle, maintenance you cannot read: we scope, we ship, we run it afterwards. Remote, wherever you are. French or English.
One counterpart
The people who scope are the people who ship. No sales layer.
Hosting you choose
EU when your compliance or sovereignty policy requires it. Written at kickoff.
On site if needed
Workshops and UAT where the business sits.
Website review
A free, lightweight review of your website
Send us one URL. Within 48 hours, you receive three priorities covering conversion, mobile and visible security signals. No technical access and no mandatory sales call.

This is not for you if…
- you want staff by the dozen;
- you want “AI that does everything”;
- nobody inside owns the topic.
If, however
The project already started and it no longer ships
A fixed-price assessment is often enough to decide: recover, industrialise, or stop. Most stay under €2,000. Only then do we talk maintenance, production AI, or a new platform.
IT assessmentThe offer, plainly
Three steps. Not a catalogue.
Assessment first. Then one mission. Not ten workstreams in parallel. The expertise below maps to those steps.
01
Look
Fixed-price assessment — under €2,000 in most cases. We write what is actually tenable before a team is engaged.
02
Build
Get a project back into production, put AI into daily work (an engineer stays with your teams), or install a tool that fits.
03
Keep
Automated tests, operations, security. So it does not fall over the first time someone is on leave.
Case studies
Projects already put back into production
Cases stay anonymous: we do not name clients. No screenshots, no made-up metrics. The result is in the text.
Why us
The people who scope are the people who ship
Small team, readable fee, French or English. No sales pyramid. HQ in Tunisia. We run remote missions with international teams and travel depending on the project. Your apps stay hosted where you decide.

Anonymised quote
The copilot is no longer a demo. Support uses it, we track adoption, hosting is in Europe.
IT · emPOWER · Solutions
With IT Empower, we ship projects.
Recovery, a business tool, or AI in daily work — one mission at a time. AI is not the catalogue. It is one topic, when people actually use it.
IT
The stuck project
Platform idle, unreadable maintenance, team gone. We pick up what still runs.
emPOWER
AI that gets used
A forgotten copilot: we wire it into the work — or we stop. No new demo.
Solutions
Run afterwards
Tests, operations, security. So it holds after go-live.

FAQ
Questions we actually get asked
Do you work with international teams?
- Yes. Day-to-day work is remote, in French or English. Travel depends on the project and country. HQ is in Tunisia; your applications stay hosted where you decide, in the EU when your compliance or sovereignty policy requires it.
What does IT Empower Solutions do?
- We help CIOs, mid-market firms and business leads put a project back into production, get AI into daily work (often with an engineer on the floor), install a tool that fits, and keep it running: tests, maintenance, SRE. Entry point is a fixed-price IT assessment.
What is the difference between the IT assessment and the free website review?
- The IT assessment is a fixed-price engagement for blocked software, an IT landscape or an AI PoC: mapping, risks, a 90-day plan and run cost. The free website review is an initial look at a marketing or e-commerce website: conversion, mobile and visible security signals. They are separate offers.
What is an FDE?
- Forward Deployed Engineer: someone who stays with the business long enough for the tool to get used. Not a report. Not staff by the volume. Bounded mission, fee announced, then handover or maintenance.
How does a mission start?
- Usually with a fixed-price assessment. You get a map, risks, a 90-day plan, and a run cost. Only then do we start a recovery, an FDE mission, a custom tool, or maintenance — if the assessment says it is worth it.
Next step
Stuck project, unused tool, maintenance you cannot read?
Start with a fixed-price assessment. Most stay under €2,000. You leave with a plan you can actually run, a run cost, and a decision.
