Useful application maintenance is not a volume of tickets. It should make the service predictable: what is fixed, what changes, what run costs and how ownership can be transferred.

A backlog management can understand
Every request is classified as incident, fix, enhancement, debt or operations. Management can separate the cost of keeping the service running from the cost of changing it. Emergencies should not erase every structural improvement.
Commitments proportionate to risk
The SLA follows business impact, service hours and realistic intervention capacity. Promising an immediate response for everything creates expensive on-call coverage that is rarely useful. We define severity levels with you.
No new lock-in
Access is named and logged. Documentation, procedures and backlog status remain available. If you bring the service in-house or change provider, handover is part of the service rather than leverage to retain you.
Taking over opaque maintenance
When run is no longer readable, we begin with an IT assessment: contracts, access, production, incidents, backlog and cost. If the software can no longer be released, the work first becomes IT project recovery.
Price
Price depends on application scope, service hours, incident volume, SLA and documentation quality. After assessment, we separate the monthly foundation, included intervention and separately priced enhancements. No credible fee can be stated without these inputs.
The objective is simple: fewer surprises, an explainable run and software that can still evolve.
