Data processed
The app reads, for the store that installs it: products, inventory, and after permission, customers and orders. It sends this information to the Dolibarr instance whose URL and API key the merchant provides.
Purpose
Sync Shopify to Dolibarr at the merchant’s request. No advertising, no resale of data.
Retention
We store the Dolibarr URL, the encrypted API key, Shopify ↔ Dolibarr ID links and sync logs while the app is installed. On uninstall or the shop/redact GDPR webhook, that data is deleted.
Hosting
The app server is operated by IT Empower Solutions. Dolibarr stays with the merchant (or the host they choose).
Rights
Merchants and data subjects can write to contact@it-empower.com for access, rectification or deletion. Shopify also sends GDPR webhooks that we honour.
